Hear, one must hear and have knowledge of God and Christ’s purpose for coming to man.
Believe, Believe in Christ and the salvation he brought to mankind by his sacrifice.
Repent, Repenting entails knowing you are living in sin, and turning away from sin to follow after Christ rightous instructions.
Confess, not the confession of being a sinner, but the confession that you believe Christ is the son of God.
Baptism, to be buried in the water, as Christ and his disciples taught and practiced, not sprinkled, nor poured.
